bet3 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "bet3" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at bet3.cam, including all subdomains, associated mobile interfaces, and services connected thereto.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by the User on the bet3 platform.
• "Platform" means the bet3 website, its software systems, games, and all content made available through bet3.cam.
• "Services" means all games, wagering activities, promotions, customer support, payment facilities, and ancillary features available on bet3.
• "Funds" means the balance of real Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) held in a Player's bet3 wallet, including both deposited funds and any winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded through promotions, welcome offers, reload bonuses, or free spin equivalents that are subject to separate wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity verification process required prior to the first withdrawal and in certain other circumstances at bet3's discretion.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" means all Philippine statutes, regulations, ordinances, and PAGCOR directives applicable to the operation of and participation in online gambling services.

By accessing the bet3 platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, along with any supplemental policies referenced herein, including the bet3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device. Access to bet3 via a virtual private network (VPN) or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.

To register and maintain an Account on bet3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines;
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bet3 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You must not have an existing bet3 Account that has been suspended, closed, or excluded.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Any provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles bet3 to immediately terminate your Account without notice and without any obligation to return funds.

bet3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, SSS Card, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, or Passport) — to verify your identity at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any time deemed appropriate by bet3 for regulatory compliance purposes.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the bet3 platform. The creation or maintenance of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not;
• Ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your Account or device through which bet3 is accessed;
• Notifying bet3 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

bet3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Account security obligations. The Account and all funds associated with it are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.

All financial transactions on bet3 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bet3 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 via GCash or Maya. Deposits are credited to your bet3 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for e-wallet methods. bet3 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed by bet3's finance team during operational hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically arrive within 5–30 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered under the same legal name as the bet3 Account.

KYC Requirement: Withdrawals will not be processed until the Player has completed KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID. bet3 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

All bets placed on bet3 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event. These rules are displayed within each game interface or event page. In the event of any discrepancy between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or event.

The following general betting rules apply across all bet3 Services:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled by the Player, except where expressly permitted by specific game rules;
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and are displayed prior to wagering;
• In the event of a technical malfunction that disrupts a game session, bet3 reserves the right to declare the round void and return all stakes to the players involved;
• Winnings from live dealer games are calculated based on the outcome of the game as determined by bet3's certified game systems. bet3's determination shall be final and binding;
• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Slot game results are final upon completion of the spin.

bet3 offers various promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. bet3 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds expire within thirty (30) days of being credited if wagering requirements are not met;
• bet3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts, or providing false information to claim offers — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds;
• Only one welcome bonus or new-player promotion is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the platform;
• Using another person's Account, identity, or payment method;
• Any form of cheating, collusion, or use of unauthorized software including bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines or related regulations;
• Accessing bet3 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the bet3 platform;
• Using VPN, proxy, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

bet3 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Philippine player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a means to recover financial losses, or an activity engaged in under emotional or financial distress.

bet3 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered Players from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you after a set period of continuous play;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bet3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bet3 content;
• Use any bet3 trade name, trademark, logo, or branding for any purpose;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bet3 platform.

Any unauthorized use of bet3's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, bet3 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the bet3 platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any Service, whether due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain account security;
• Any inaccuracies in displayed odds, game outcomes disputed after settlement, or errors caused by third-party payment providers;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bet3's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant event.

bet3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or cancel any pending or unsettled bets, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, cheating, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after request;
• Chargebacks initiated against bet3 by a Player's payment provider;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account regulations.

In the event of Account closure for any reason other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, bet3 will return the verified Account balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable identification requirements.

These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with the bet3 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between a Player and bet3 shall first be submitted to bet3's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint via [email protected] detailing the nature of the dispute. bet3 will endeavor to respond within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism. Players agree to exhaust these remedies before initiating any formal legal proceedings. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any matter not resolved by the foregoing processes.

bet3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, bet3 will provide notice to Players via the registered email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the bet3 platform following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.
